2022 New packing machine for packing PVR PPR fittings
FRONTECH MACHINERY developed the first generation of PVC PPR fittings packing machine is 2015, for the past 7 years, the technology has been improved, now it is the third generation machine, which working much more reliable and stable than previous version.
This Automatic packing machine with reliable performance and accurate numbders counting functions, use high technology fiber sensor counting number, then feeding to packing machine, and would do all the steps automaticly, when the package come out, preset quantity fittings will be counted and label is mounted on the bag.
Automatic feeding tank will allows you to pre store more fittings so no need to feed the tanks frequently.
Vibrate feeding bowl to make sure the fittings line up and comes out one by one.
Fiber sensor will be able to count fittings quantity very accurately, to make sure the quantity match preset target.
Bagger will pack the fittings into PE bags automaticly sealing, cutting, forming.
Labels will be mouted to the bags before the film formed into bags.
